Our Mission
Welcome to Delta Retirement Center, Lansing's finest and most-caring retirement facility. We have been serving the Senior Community since 1988.

At Delta Retirement Center we focus on the individual. Each resident is supported and encouraged to live at the most independent level of care consistent with their needs and abilities. Delta Retirement Center is a beautiful, well-appointed senior living facility. Our warm and caring facility offers the very best in independent and assisted living, and our top-notch staff is second to none.

Choose from spacious studio, one or two bedroom apartments. Each apartment offers ample storage, bathrooms with walk-in showers, full kitchens, and individually controlled heat and air-conditioning. Barrier-free apartments are also available.

Convenience

Delta Retirement Center offers the ultimate in convenience for our residents. Our facility offers an on-site beauty/barber shop, on-site bank, weekly apartment cleaning, coin-free laundry machines for personal use, and free transportation for outings, shopping, doctor appointments, and other qualified errands.

Companionship

Our residents enjoy a full and active lifestyle at Delta Retirement Center. Under the direction of our on-site, professional Activities Director, our residents can choose from a wide variety of scheduled activities and trips, or take advantage of our fabulous on-site library, internet access and cafe. No matter what you choose, the days are full of exciting and stimulating entertainment for all of our residents to enjoy.

Care

At Delta Retirement Center the care and comfort of our residents is always our first priority. With our RN and qualified, caring staff, we are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outside therapists and other medical professionals visit our residents on a regular, case-by-case basis. Additional assisted care is also available based on each resident’s personal needs.
